1. General Terms & Conditions By booking a coaching session with Sweet Sesh, you agree to the following: Coaching sessions provide strategies, guidance, and mentorship based on Lala’s expertise in entrepreneurship, business, and travel. While actionable steps are provided, results are not guaranteed and depend on personal effort. All sessions are virtual via video or phone. Clients must be 18+ years old or have parental consent. Coaching is for mentorship purposes only and not a substitute for legal, financial, or psychological advice. 2. Pricing & Payment Sweet Sesh offers flexible coaching options: 💡 30-Minute Sweet Sesh – $80 A focused session for quick guidance and problem-solving. 💡 1-Hour Sweet Sesh – $125 A deep-dive session for personalized strategy and mentorship. 🔥 5-Session Sweet Sesh Package (1-Hour) – $500 (Save $125!) 🔥 5-Session Sweet Sesh Package (30-Minute) – $350 (Save $50!) Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. 🔹 Payment must be made in full at booking. 🔹 All sales are final—no refunds after purchase. 3. Scheduling & Session Usage Clients book sessions via the provided booking link. Package holders can schedule calls as needed. Unused sessions expire after 6 months and cannot be refunded or extended. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Reschedules require 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours result in a forfeited session. No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. 5. Refund Policy No refunds on coaching sessions. If Sweet Sesh cancels a session, clients can reschedule or receive a full refund. 6. Confidentiality & Privacy Coaching sessions are confidential and information will not be shared. Testimonials may be used for promotion with client consent. 7. Code of Conduct Clients must engage respectfully and professionally. Disruptive behavior may result in session termination without refund. 8. Intellectual Property All coaching materials and insights are intellectual property of Sweet Sesh. Clients may not share, resell, or distribute coaching materials. 9. Liability Disclaimer Sweet Sesh provides expert advice but does not guarantee business success. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions.
